From a young age, Dr. Jesse Whitely found himself attached to biologic sciences and human health. After graduating with a BS in health sciences, Dr. Whitely began his dental schooling at Loma Linda University. Upon graduating, Dr. Whitely began practicing as a general dentist in Healdsburg, CA. After a brief stop in Portland, OR, as a community health dentist, Dr. Whitely and his family moved to the foothills, where they have resided since 2018

As his thirst for dental knowledge continued to grow, so did his desire to find ways to help people through their full well being.

This knowledge turned into a passion for sleep; more specifically good, quality sleep. As someone who knows what it is like to suffer through poor sleep because of snoring, Dr. Whitely decided to take his dental knowledge and combine it with his passion and create Foothill Sleep Solutions. 

Dr. Whitely brings over 15 years of experience to Foothill Sleep Solutions. He specializes in the fabrication of oral appliance therapy for the treatment of sleep breathing disorders; commonly referred to as snoring and sleep apnea. His understanding of these things is translated to each patient in a comforting, non judgmental, and personalized way. 

When not seeing patients Dr. Whitely can be found in the surrounding foothills running, hiking or riding his bike. Dr. Whitely’s philosophy for full mental and physical health is, “all work and no play makes [everyone] dull.”
